Creative Counselling

Counselling can be challenging for students in secondary school. Some pupils find it difficult to just sit and talk. Therefore, we offer the opportunity to use talking therapy or creative media to help ease them into the process.

Through Creative Counselling, students can:
  • Explore their feelings in a non-verbal and creative way

  • Gain insight into their behaviours and emotions
