Andrew is a PRINCE2-qualified Project Manager and certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with extensive experience across education, public sector consultancy, and
business operations.

As Operations Director at CEWB, Andrew leads the strategic growth and operational management of the organisation, ensuring high-quality service delivery and sustainable expansion. He oversees efficiency, performance, and client partnerships, supporting schools and multi-academy trusts to strengthen their overall wellbeing provision.

Prior to joining CEWB, Andrew worked at Place Group, a public sector consulting firm, where he supported schools, academies, and public sector organisations in optimising procurement strategies and achieving efficiencies across key categories, including Facilities Management and Net Zero.
In his role as Project Manager, he worked with both single and multi-academy trusts on their growth and development, engaging with stakeholders to deliver complex projects seamlessly.

Outside of work, Andrew is a passionate Liverpool supporter and a keen golfer and padel player, often spending his weekends on the course or the court.
