Danny has been a class teacher, SENDCo, and member of SLT for over 20 years, and has worked as a Supervisor with CEWB for more than 5 years.

In his role, Danny particularly values supporting the wellbeing of staff working in an increasingly demanding profession, helping them make positive changes to their practice and everyday lives. Clients often share that they didn’t realise how much they needed supervision until they experienced it, and that sessions provide valuable perspective on challenging events and situations.

Staff appreciate Danny’s relevant experience and his understanding of the pressures faced by education professionals. As an independent, external supervisor, he offers a safe space for staff to speak openly and honestly about issues within school and the impact these have on them as individuals.
Danny also enjoys working collaboratively with individuals to develop practical strategies and solutions to the challenges they face.

Outside of working with schools, Danny leads an active lifestyle; weight training, walking and cold-water dips.
