John has worked in education for almost 30 years, teaching across all age ranges from EYFS to Sixth Form. After seven years as a primary head teacher, he ran his own music tuition company for nearly 10 years.

Since 2019, John has been working as a Supervisor for CEWB.
His extensive experience in education allows him to support staff with empathy, insight, and practical guidance. John helps them navigate professional and personal
challenges, offering strategies, perspective, and reassurance. He believes strongly in the positive impact supervision, particularly for Senior Leaders, who may experience isolation and benefit from an independent, objective listener to help them reflect and find solutions.

Outside of work, John is an active musician, performing with a well-established band across the North West, and enjoys following the football.
