Therapeutic Play Practitioner and Counsellor
Michelle is a qualified counsellor who works with clients of all ages, with a particular focus on supporting children and young people as they navigate life’s challenges. She helps them manage issues such as family changes, worry and anxiety, and friendships and relationships. Michelle also has a special interest in supporting neurodivergent clients and has experience working in both primary and secondary schools.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, playful, open, and person-centred, with a strong focus on emotions.
Michelle believes therapy should feel like a supported conversation, offering clients the space to explore at their own pace with opportunities for reflection, healing, and growth.
She holds a Master’s degree in Attachment Theory and Research and has been practicing since 2015. Michelle’s work is grounded in professional knowledge, understanding, and a deep commitment to children’s wellbeing, resilience, and confidence.
