Nikki’s career has combined education, finance, and customer care. She is qualified as a Level 3 Early Years Educator and an AAT Level 3 Bookkeeper.

She has worked in schools, administration and finance, and customer service roles, and her position as Business Manager at CEWB allows her to bring these skills and experience together. Building close working relationships with school staff is central to her approach, as she believes the best outcomes are achieved when teams work collaboratively — ultimately benefiting the children and staff who rely on CEWB’s services.

Nikki is committed to delivering excellent service, guided by strong values such as honesty and integrity.

When not working, Nikki will be spending time with her family who give her the most fulfilment. They enjoy spending time in their touring caravan exploring the UK and Europe, walking their 'very spoilt' cavachon, watching sport, and as massive foodies they love a meal out!
